MADE is a production company focusing on films on the borderline between documentary and fiction with the aim to challenge their genres.
MADE was founded in 2011 by Ulla Simonen and the producers of MJÖLK and BLIND SPOT PICTURES to serve as a documentary and art house arm.
MADE is bringing the knowledge of Blind Spot Pictures’ ground breaking work in the field of crowd sourcing, -financing and -marketing to the world of documentaries and art house production.
Since its foundation, MADE has concentrated on developing feature documentaries for cinema. In development is also a thematic series of short films and a feature fiction.
